Our Commitment
We believe in our product and want you to love using it. If WhyItMatters.AI doesn't meet your expectations, we'll work with you to make it right.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, we'll refund you in full—no questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions:
- Full refund within 30 days of first payment
- No refunds for subsequent months after the first 30 days
- Cancel anytime to prevent future charges
- Access continues until end of billing period
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- Full refund within 30 days of first payment
- Pro-rated refund within 90 days if needed
- After 90 days, no refunds but you can cancel renewal
- Access continues until end of annual period
How to Request a Refund
Getting a refund is easy:
- Email us at billing@whyitmatters.ai
- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We'll process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in these cases:
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent payment or chargeback abuse
- Repeated refund requests from the same user
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Or email us at billing@whyitmatters.ai
- Your access continues until end of current billing period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
Free Trial
If we offer a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges. We'll send you a reminder email before your trial expires.
